How do I obtain assistance with the AF Portal?

To avoid call center delays, please use this online form to request AF Portal Help Desk service. Your request will automatically be entered into our service request tracking system. Before you submit a request for assistance, we highly recommend that you utilize all of our self-help tools listed below.

Users who have forgotten their usernames or passwords should use the account reset tool.


Common login problems you can resolve yourself:
  • The username format for the AF Portal is firstname, dot, middle initial, dot, last name (i.e. Fred.E.Snuffy).
  • The AF Portal password is case sensitive, so be sure you turn off the caps lock feature of your keyboard while entering your password.
